1. Who we are

Angel Sourcing, the data controller for information submitted through angelsourcing.com. Angel Sourcing operates from its published Mumbai office address. The GSTIN is 27AKOPT6329D1ZR.

2. What we collect

Through the forms on this site we collect only what you choose to send us:

Name, company, email address and telephone or WhatsApp number
Country and the type of business you are
Your fabric requirement, including quantity, delivery location, deadline and any target price
Any reference image or specification document you attach
Anything you write in a free-text message

We also collect basic technical information — pages visited, device type, approximate region — through our analytics. We use standard website analytics only where enabled on the live site.

3. Why we use it

To answer your enquiry, quote your requirement, send you samples and supply your order. We do not use enquiry data for marketing unless you have asked to hear from us.

4. Who we share it with

Your requirement is not shared outside Angel Sourcing. We do not sell, rent or trade contact data. Where a supplier needs a specification in order to quote, it is passed on without identifying you unless you have agreed otherwise. Confirm this reflects actual practice

5. How long we keep it

Retention period to be set — typically the life of the commercial relationship plus the statutory record-keeping period.

6. Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@angelsourcing.com.

If EU or UK buyers are in scope (§7.8 #17) this section must additionally set out the lawful basis for each processing purpose, the right to object, the right to data portability, the right to complain to a supervisory authority, and details of any transfer of data outside the EEA or UK.

7. Cookies

This site uses only what is needed to make it work, plus analytics. Where legally required, appropriate consent controls will be used for analytics and non-essential cookies.

8. Changes

We will post any changes on this page with the date they take effect.
